Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this site, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Big Little’s SG may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of the latest changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you agree and/or otherwise shall be deemed to agree to be legally bound by the updated and/or amended terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to these terms.

Upon an order being placed and confirmed via Facebook (both live streams and timeline posts), you agree that we may charge you, and you will pay, the final price for the products ordered. 

Due to the nature of our business, strictly no cancellations of orders are allowed once confirmed. MIA buyers and customers who insist on cancelling orders will be blacklisted and will no longer be allowed to comment on our platform thereafter.

Orders you make are subject to us accepting the order. No binding contract to sell you the products is made until:

(i) you receive an order confirmation from us; or

(ii) we dispatch the ordered products to you.

We are not obligated to accept any orders, and are not liable for any failure to accept an order. We may refuse to accept orders for any reason, including a product being out of stock. If payment has been made for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.

While we take reasonable care to ensure that any listed specifications are reasonably accurate, specifications other than pricing information are based on data provided by our suppliers. We make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the specifications and are not liable for any errors or omissions in the specifications. 

Any images, photographs, or videos of the products are for illustrative purposes only.

Please cross-check picture proof of parcels sent to you to ensure that delivery details are correct. In the unlikely event that parcels are returned due to wrong delivery details and/or buyer failing to verify/check the picture proof, we will not be responsible for any costs incurred for re-delivery.

For courier services, you may track your order status using:

(i) the tracking number in the shipping confirmation sent to you; or
(ii) for Registered Customers, through the “Orders” page of your registered account with us.

Delivery Time is only an estimate, and we are not liable for any delay in delivery.

You may return a product if it is damaged (i.e. obvious stains, tears and holes), a wrong product, or does not conform with the order (“Defective”). For eligible items you have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This does not cover damage damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of usage, or wear and tear.

If a returned product is assessed to be defective, we will reimburse you for all reasonable delivery costs, and refund you for the defective product.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.  


Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. Items with their tags (if any) removed and washed will not be eligible for exchange or return.


You may return defective products:

(i) in person
(ii) by normal mail

Upon receiving a request for a return, we will assess the request, and if approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product.

On receiving the product, we will examine and assess (at our discretion) if the product is eligible for a return and refund. Our decision on whether a product is eligible for a return, or whether a product is defective, is conclusive. If a returned product is not eligible for return, we have the discretion not to replace, or refund you for the product, and may send the product back to you at your cost.


If your returned products are accepted by us, we will process a refund to you within a reasonable time. Refunds will be restored as store credit for future orders or via PayNow/PayLah! upon request subject to approval. This may take up to 7 working days.


The names, images and logos identifying the Company and its products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the Company.


This site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Big Little's SG does not have any influence or control over any third party websites and, unless otherwise stated, is not responsible for and does not endorse any third party websites or their availability or contents, including any views or opinions expressed within those sites.
